Shipping Policy

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping methods & rates:

• Standard Shipping (12–20 business days): Free on orders over $150. A flat rate of $9 applies to orders below $150.
• Express Shipping (5–8 business days): A flat rate of $19 to all destinations.

International shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Damaged or lost shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return & Refund Policy

Return window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also include all original tags, certificates and documentation.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Personalized or engraved items
• Gift cards
• Items that show signs of use, damage or modification

Return process: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs: If the return is due to a defect, damage or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
